Payment Methods

We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfers, online payments (via Payoneer, Razorpay, Wise), UPI, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards. For larger projects, wire transfers can be arranged. Clients are solely responsible for any losses or damages arising from unaccounted and unrecorded cash payments made on behalf of Amrita Gupta.

Project Scope

Our fees are based on the agreed-upon project scope and deliverables. Additional work requested outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

Taxes

Our fees do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to the total project fee as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Upon project completion and receipt of payment, all intellectual property rights for the deliverables transfer to the client. We reserve the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing efforts.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality with all client information and project details.

Payment Reminders

We may send payment reminders for outstanding balances due on pre-decided payment due dates and any time after.

Changes to Payment Policy

We reserve the right to change our payment policy at any time. Clients should review this page periodically to stay informed about our terms.

Project Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a client’s failure to provide necessary information or changes to the project scope. In such cases, the client must pay in full for the initially agreed-upon scope of work.

Payment Tracking

We track all payments and provide clients with payment receipts/invoices upon request.

Non-Payment

If a client fails to make payment as outlined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate ongoing projects until payment is received. We also reserve the right to forfeit any advance payment received to cover incurred project costs.

Legal Action

If legal action or a collection agency is needed to collect outstanding fees, the client will be responsible for all associated fees, costs, losses, and damages.

Defamation Clause

The client agrees not to defame, disparage, or make negative comments about Pen Paper Paradise, its employees, or subcontractors, verbally or in writing, during or after project completion. The company reserves the right to take legal action against any defamatory statements made.
