At MEAmrita, we take pride in delivering high-quality work that meets our clients’ expectations. If our services do not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will collaborate with the client to make the necessary revisions (up to 2 revisions). However, we do not offer refunds for any amount received once the work has commenced and the scope of work has been decided. This policy also applies to all advance payments made to us.
Clients acknowledge that our services involve a subjective process. In case of any quality concerns, we are committed to making up to 2 revisions to address the issues to the best of our abilities. However, no refunds will be issued due to quality concerns.
Once a project has commenced, clients are obligated to pay the full agreed-upon amount for the discussed services, regardless of the status of work completion and delivery. This policy ensures that all related costs incurred by us towards the services are covered, including overhead, workforce, conveyance, etc. If a client requests to stop, postpone, or reduce the scope of services after the advance payment has been received and the service has commenced, we are not liable to provide any refunds.
Postponement of Services
If a client wishes to stop or postpone the discussed services or opt for other services, they may avail of any of our services within one year from the date of the first payment. Applicable charges will be levied at the time of availing the services. However, no refunds will be issued due to the postponement or change in services.top
